Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is the Spirit Saoura kickboxing club, Address to confirm, Béchar. For any privacy request, contact the club by phone at 0661 00 00 00 or by email at [club to confirm], or ask at the club desk.

2. What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, and your password, stored only as a hash (never in readable form).
• Membership file: first and last name, phone number, date of birth, training group and level.
• Documents: a copy of your national ID card, a medical certificate, an ID photo and, for members under 18, a parental authorization.
• Payment records: the month paid, the amount and the date. Fees are paid in cash at the club, so no card or bank data is collected.
• Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you logged in, and your IP address for security and rate limiting. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Why we use it

To process your membership, check the sporting aptitude required for a combat sport, contact you about your file, track monthly fees, and send you fee reminders.

4. Who can see it

Only the club's administrators. Your data is never sold or shared with anyone, except where the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored

On the club's own server. Your documents are never publicly accessible. Encrypted backups are kept off-site.

6. How long we keep it

• Documents of membership files left incomplete or rejected are deleted after 30 days.
• Documents of members are kept while you are a member, plus [club to confirm] after you leave.

7. Your rights under Law 18-07

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by contacting the club (see section 1). You can also complain to the ANPDP (Autorité nationale de protection des données à caractère personnel).

8. Minors

Members under 18 can only be registered with the authorization of a parent or guardian, given through the signed parental authorization document.
